Mason, Texas — April 14, 2011 — Cancer survivor and artist Rebecca Tobey will join the Mason County Cancer Benefit on April 30 where she will donate her newest ceramic work “Moonlight at Mason Mountain” with proceeds benefitting area cancer patients.

TUBAC, AZ — March 3, 2011 — This month, one of the west’s leading artists, Santa Fe sculptor Rebecca Tobey, will appear at the Karin Newby Gallery for a special event that spotlights her first new ceramic creations in years.

The white buffalo, that sacred beast, has a starry surface on its 25-by-5-by-8-inch ceramic body. On that surface, horses gallop and clouds drift, painted in ceramic glazes.
